We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully before submitting a return request.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads and gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us — Email our support team at sales@fumevapeflavors.org with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).
- Ship the item — Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at sales@fumevapeflavors.org.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@fumevapeflavors.org with photos of the defect or damage.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fumevapeflavors.org. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again.
- Contacting your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Reaching out to your bank directly.
